Bus passenger priorities for improvement
We have undertaken research looking at bus passenger priorities in order to understand how passengers' experiences of travelling by bus compare to their expectations, and what improvements they would most like to see to the services they use.
The intention is that this will broadly replicate previous research that has been carried out into rail passenger priorities for improvement.
In order to achieve a representative sample of passengers we carried out the research across the eight Government Office regions in England, excluding London:
- East Midlands
- East of England
- North East
- North West
- South East
- South West
- West Midlands
- Yorkshire and Humber.
