Anti-social behaviour report - Rail passenger views
(12.02.2010)In March 2009 Passenger Focus published a report entitled ‘Passenger perceptions of personal security on the railways’. This report identified that whilst a majority of rail passengers were satisfied with their personal security, both on the train (72%) and at the station (63%), of those that weren’t the anti-social behaviour of others was the principal concern.
